DJI F550 Motor problem

Hi I just started fliying my DJI F550 since last fall, I notice one the motors take a little while to fully start rotating is this normal?


also in the air the Copter is not 100% stable looks like is stable but for a sec lost something and come back to right place ,


Could this particular motor could be the cause of the problem?

resoder that 1 conection sounds like it's lose and when it flexs it loses contact with the board.
