DJI f450 Naza-m v2 w/gps - Turnigy 9xr Radio (GPS Calibration problem)

Hi!
I am new to Quadcopters and built my own F450.
Can't really say that i understand the commands and all that on the transmitter.
I have tried to copy some different setups shown but can't find the way.

I look at the computer when i try these actions but it doesn't look this setup uses the GPS.
Is that true?

I try to calibrate my GPS, but the LED wont turn yellow when i try to get into calibration mode.
It looks like it's not using the GPS mode at all on the software, when i switch the RUD and the GEA

Can someone help me with a total guide?



Now i use this setup:

CH1 - 100% FULL AIL
CH2 - 100% FULL THR
CH3 - 100% FULL ELE
CH4 - 100% FULL RUD
CH5 - BLANK
CH6 - 108% HALF GEA
- + -100% FULL RUD
CH7 - 69% HALF ID0
+ 5% HALF ID1
+ -63% HALF ID2
+ 12% HALF AIL

F-E UP - GPS
F-E MIDDLE - ATTI
F-E DOWN - MANUAL(Set in software could be RTH but I will address that next.)

AIL: DOWN
F-E UP - NOTHING
F-E MIDDLE - RTH
F-E DOWN - RTH

Now IOC controls

RUDD : UP - IOC OFF
RUDD : DOWN - IOC ON
IOC ON
GEAR : UP - Home Lock
GEAR : DOWN - Course Lock
