DJI bluetooth datalink BTU stays red!

I just got the DJI bluetooth data link and the BTU light stays red and should be green. Updated all the firmware and still red. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Plug into a spare port on your NAZA, IOSD, WKM or A2 then try it again.

Update both your ground and air firmware as well as update the iPad software..

not all ipads and ipods work with the software. I think I had to turn mine on in the software I don't remember if I had to or not but I think I did. Mines green and hooks to ipod 5 or higher and for ipad I think it's 3 or higher.
