Darn S800 screws.. what kind of loctite do they use

Why is that, every 5-10 screws is stuck on the S800 frame? I am trying to unscrew the motor to check the ESC solder job on my S800. 1 arms goes by fine, second arms has 1 screw that is hard to unscrew.. I put my solder tip on the screw and it finally comes off. I am on the third arm, and 1 screw is on tight... 15mins on it, head and a small vice grip.. still not moving. I don't want to break it.

Any suggestions?

got it.. after I posted and took a break.. came back and decided to heat the screw on the bottom side of the arm.. then I slowly broke loose. damn.. almost 45mins on 1 screw...

glad it is off though.
