Just thought I would post my experience of 3DR customer services. I have been in touch with them over the last week or so for advice regarding their systems and configuration and the help has been first class and timely.
I would highly recommend them.

Interesting as I have called them for two days and spent quite a while on hold but never actually spoke to anyone. Hope tomorrow is different.

I used the contact support option on their website on Monday and got a reply back within an hour. Of course in that hour I discovered my own stupid mistake but I was happy with the response.

I did get through on the phone today. I was trying to get an application for a dealership so I could order for the hobby shop I work for, for an engineering project at Florida State University. Spoke to Tiffany in San Diego and was told that dealer applications were suspended until April. That is too late for the project. Helluva way to run a railroad.

I've dealt with their customer service group twice. The first time when I called to obtain more info about their 3dR quad and another when I had some questions about the software. The first time the guy spent pretty close to an hour with me on the phone answering my questions. The second time I sent an e-mail request through their web site and had a reply the next day. I've ordered parts three times, twice for me and once for a two X8 order I placed for company, and each time the parts arrived within about 4 days.

As far as I'm concerned they are at or near the top of the list when it comes to customer service.
