Crashing Hexacopter

Hi, I have built a Hexacopter with:

-DJI 550 Frame
-APM 2.6 with external compass
-FrSky DJT Transmitter/Reciever
-30A DYS ESCs
-850Kv Motors (3D robotics)
-Gemfan ABS Propeller - 8in x 4.5in
-5.8Ghz OSD Kit (3D Robotics)
-Tarot 2D Gimbal
-5100mAH LiPo Battery

It flies pretty stable most of the time and have been able to get some good video footage even on windy days. However, flying yesterday it crashed once in my field. It went down on the left side. Here is the video of the crash:

Thankfully only one propeller was broken and there was just some dirt in the bottom of the motors. I cleaned them out thoroughly. I was back in the air again and flew 3 rounds over the school. With 10mph winds, it flew pretty stable. I had no issues the entire time I was there.

Later that night when I got all of my batteries charged up to fly back at home again, it crashed on the same side. This time it broke 2 propellers.

Does anyone know what may be the cause of this? I have checked to make sure I have no loose connections by wiggling all the wires with the props are off and the motors spinning to see if any stop.

I have noticed that the one side when I land when all of the motors are spinning in that state before disarming it, that when I disarm it, one motor twitches and stops before the rest of them. Also during that start up armed state, the one motor tries to spin but sorta twiches and the rest have already started, then the starts spinning like the rest of tehm. I have tried to reproduce these symptoms to get them on video, but I have had no luck.

I'm guessing it's a bad ESC or motor? Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

the way the motor tries to fight the battle would lead one to believe the motor ate a bearing and or the props are not balanced enough to live a life of flying..... crashing once breaks bearing balls and races pretty fast, anytime a prop breaks for the most part. To continuously fly these rigs the main maintnance is motor bearing related. i just replace motors alot, break a prop, replace prop and motor...

the best way to begin a real plan like this is to repower the craft with fresh motors and stay on top of them....
