Problem. All motors arm and are are calibrated direct from the Rx, but won't arm when connected to Naza MC. I am using a Turnigy 9x latest release from Hobbyking. I list below my step by step configuration settings for the transmitter.

AUX-CH. 5 Null, 6 Null, 7 Pit trim, 8 Hov pit. 9 Null.
D/R&EXP. Off
TRIM. All 001 [ 000 ].
REVO/CV. POINT NOR, All 050.0.
FAIL SAF. ALL NOR.
HOV THR. INH.
HOV PIT. INH.
TRAINER. INH, ALL OFF.
DISPLAY. ALL WORKING.
TIMER. INH.
GYROSENS. INH.
STNTTRIM. INH.
PRO <123>. Mix 1 INH, MIX 2 INH, MIX 3 INH.
That completes every available setting in the TX configuration. If any body can see anything obvious or could post your working settings I would be most greatfull.
