I've been using the QC-3328 and they have performed well. I can't comment on the Tigers.

BTW: on your website: http://www.yonderbluefilms.com/blog/2012/5/10/testing-settings.html - One of the pictures showes your control monitor and I can't make out what make it is. I am sure it's no cheap ebay stuff. Could I please have more info about it.....?

It's a Marshall monitor. A v-r70p I believe. It's discontinued I think. It's a decent field monitor, very rugged, but there are better monitors out there. I'm excited about SmallHD's new DP7. It'll be available in a very bright version, but it is $2700. For pro gear, that's what I'd expect, but it is still hard to swallow. It turns out the Manhattan LCD is literally about 3 miles from us. They sell kits that are very reasonable as well as 400 nit field monitors.
