Cinestar 2 Axis Converted Into A MoVi??

So I might be pulling the trigger on a CS6 with a 2 axis gimble. The owner had quadcopter set up his gimble to be utilized both on and off the copter (See attached images).

I intend to fly a 5DM3 on the CS6. Having never actually seen a Cinestar 2-Axis in person, my question is this... Off the copter would it be possible this would handle the weight of a 1DC in this configuration?

Thanks,
Chris

Good choice in my opinion. My latest MR is a Cinestar 6 with 2-axis gimbal. I don't want 3-axis gimbals for reasons explained in the topmost item in my tech blog http://techblog.vyfabriken.se/. I'm in the process of converting my Cinestar gimbal to brushless, also mentioned on my blog. A CS6 can lift quite a lot, but it depends mainly on motors, ESCs and propellers.

Good luck!
