Can't start my Naza Lite assistant

Hi!Have read and search the forum but can't find any answer. I'm trying to start the Assistant software on my New Naza M Lite, but when I fill in the sign in window, I get "E-mail is unknown". But I allready have a DJI account for my Naza V2 and my Wookong. And everything is ok when I'm logging into one of the other Assistants??? Do any have a solution? The DJI server is running.
