The voltage of the full battery pack of my new Futaba 8J is in the 6.5v range. My Futaba 8J sees it as 5.0v. This has the unit shutting down due to low voltage way too early.
Can I calibrate the reading myself or do I have to send it back to Futaba?
I know this is old, but when you change out the battery packs from 4 cell to 5 cell, you have to tell the radio you did this. This might be why it is seeing a weird voltage.
