Cameras video out for FPV and recoding noob questions

My goal is to be able to take aerial stills and video of properties for real estate listings. I probably am putting the cart before the horse but, I would like to fly an octo with a 2 axis gimble plus 360 pan. From what research I have done in the past 6 weeks, I am attracted to the SONY NEX series cameras. Again cart before horse but I have seen the 5T and I would really like to use the NEX 7. But it would be essential to be able to see what the cam sees, is this FPV? Do the NEX cameras have the video out capabilities for "live streaming" so I can see on the ground what the camera sees and is recording? Sorry if these questions are very obvious but I don't have any hands on experience with the hobby. If Sony NEX do not have these capabilities, are there equivalent cameras, for price, size and weight.
thanks very much for any responses!

Easy? You call that easy?
Yes they do. If you use the Zenmuse gimbal it's all built into the gimbal. You'll just need a video transmitter. Having live video out is essential for any kind of video work.
