I bought about $500 worth of Secraft components and I just received then the other day. Among the items ordered was two V1 L trays for both of my 14SG transmitters. When they arrived I quickly realized that the red anodized tray was not V1 L model like it was marked but a V1 S model which will not fit the 14SG.
I notified their customer service and they pretty much told me to ship the wrong item back to South Korea and they will ship me the proper item.
This is bs that they ship me the wrong item and expect me to pay to ship it back to South Korea at my cost and still make me wait for my correct item. Thank god I used PayPal, I will be filling a complaint against them.
The products they did send are very high quality and are worth the money but the customer service sours me on their company.
