BNUCs, to renew or not to renew???

CAA PFAW renewal received today, this application was made to the CAA (via EUROUSC) after renewing my BNUCs with EUROUSC. I'm guessing it would have come through just as quick if I had made the application myself but that said, EUROUSC obviously caused no delay so "BNUCs - to renew or not to renew" that is the question. I decided to renew the BNUCs as I may need to add a +7kg aircraft to the fleet and my thinking is that it may make the process smoother when it comes to submitting a new OM and flight test, although there is now the option to flight test with a "restricted" NQE.

I'm still undecided, my BNUC isn't due for renewal until January. I'm toying with the idea of trying a different one, perhaps a bit closer to home, and comparing the faff level.
