Battery Confusion

So I purchased an ARRIS FPV250 and the site (http://www.arrishobby.com/arris-fpv...-carbon-fiber-quadcopter-bnf-assembled-p-2616) says I need a 3s 1300 to 2200mAh battery. So I searched up batteries on HobbyKing and all have different c ratings. I know what c is but I'm not sure the the desired amount is for my quad because it's not specified. What batteries should I get? Please help!
-Thanks

"c rating" is normally the discharge rate, how much power you can get when you apply the throttle, the higher the number the more power, but they will cost more. The average C rating for most batteries are between 20-30c.

The quad you are looking at gives you choices as to what C rating you go with. If you are using it as a balls to the wall FPV racer looking to be able to do lots of high speed running go with something closer to the 30 - 35 C rating (which has burst up to 70c) and for the longest flight times you obviously will want to go with a larger mah battery which in your case is recommended at 2200. This will give you maximum speeds and a lot of energy available for lots of high end power. I doubt if your 2300KV even need that much C to be honest. You could get longer flight times if you fly easy and don't race. You can run 20 C 2200 mah and get longer flights. I have heard that some people are stretching the limits and running 5c batteries to get long steady FPV flights. With those small high rpm motors you can probably race with 20 c.
