APM 2.6 connection to Mission Planner/firmware

Hopefully someone can help me with this. I just received my APM 2.6 and I followed the instructions to load the firmware. With the driver installed the usb hooked up on com3 baud at 15200 and the board lit up it can not connect to upload the firmware.
Here is the error I keep seeing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I figured it out, one just needs to calm down and have a look at whats really happening. The baud rate was correct on the mission planner but the pc in the device manager was running at the wrong baud rate. Went in and manually change baud rate in the device manager and BOOM worked.
