AP for Dummies

Are there any publications that I could read that could help me with getting started in AP or FPV. I am just looking for the basics, things that talk about how to mount the cameras, using cheap point and shoot as first camera. What the next steps are, equipment needed, migrating to GoPros and gimbals, etc. There are a lot of acronyms flying around, and I was looking for an easy way to acquire some basic knowledge.
