Alexmos/Basecam 32bit Failed to upload firmware error?

I am a new, actually total novice Alexmos gimbal user, I switched awat from the DHI plug and play and am attempting to go the Alemos/basecam route. I keep getting a failed to upload error to my new 32bit Basecam board. Does anyone know a solution? The error is the following:

"Failed to Upload: Error writing Firmware: Cannot run program "C:\Users\David|App\Local\SimpleBGC_GUI_2_50b3/bin/stm32ld_win.exe": Create Process error=2, The System cannot find the file specified"

The software is the newest Simple BCG GUI v2.50b3. My current firmware version is 2.43 b9.

Any help would be awesome, the device is being used on a Steadidrone Qu4D, it has a two axis gimbal.

I never managed to upgrade the firmware in the basecam controller (I have the 8-bit controller). I don't bother much as long as the old firmware works fine.

Is it a legit Basecam board or a knockoff? Basecam does not support knockoffs as they are not an open source company. If its not legit you'll never be able to upgrade
