Advice please for complete newbie and is do mean newbie re 1st build

Hi all
I'm considering a 1st multirotor build. I am a total newbie to this do so a basic kit with idiot-proof instructions would be ideal. However, all suggestions welcome.

Why not a DJI 450 and follow the Beginners Lounge new build thread on this forum.

Good advice that. Go with a really simple build ie small quad, and use cheap components and use it as your teaching platform. Once you have done one, you will then be in a great position to build something much bigger if that's the way you want to go.
