Hi,

I am just about to embark upon writing my operations manual and before I start I would like to know if anyone can help?

Most of the stuff in the manual will be generic so instead of reinventing the wheel can anyone let me have a copy of one which has already passed?

To save time I would be happy to pay a fee.
