FLY HIGH AND STAY HIGH
Hi,

I belive that everybody who use Carbon Props has this problem, nuts are nearly over tighten an the prop still slipping on the mount.
Rubber discs only gives bad vibrations.

This is how I do it, might also work on other materials. wood ect.

Here is what you need:
A Dremel or similar, with a 3.2 mm round highspeed cutter ( http://www.dremeleurope.com/dremelocs-uk/product/2737/292/high-speed-cutters/high-speed-cutter ).

30 min Epoxy and a tooth stick

One propeller mount as you have to buy extra.

And your props.

1. Drill all 3 holes in the prop mount up to 3.2mm using your Dremel and the highspeed cutter.
2. Place the prop mount on the prop and drill thru the mount a hole in the prop, about 1mm deep. ( not more )
3. Clean the holes
4. mix your epoxy resin
5. Add a small drop with the tooth stick, ( not too much )
6. Let it dry.
7. Mount yoyr props.

Thats it.

On those slim props I only made one drop.

nice one gonna give it a try. At the moment i am using a washer with a profile to it, which is not treating the props in a good way.
