I had a bunch of those that I sold with my 4S octo, and they worked quite well. When I built my 6S octo, I ordered some of the 6S versions, and they're complete dogs (high internal resistance, saggy curves, etc.). I hope the newer deliveries of the 4S don't follow in their footsteps. I tried to get a refund from HK for them, as there's no way the 6S batteries should be labeled as anything more than about 10C max, but they refused my request. So i don't buy batteries from HK any more.

I have a pair of them for my Tarot 650 and I get 25-30 minutes on them with 4830/420 motors.
So far so great.
