Okay.... getting my but kicked trying to find a UBEC or regulator that will allow for me to my QUAD's 6S lipo to power a Hornet OSD which requires only 12V input. Trying to avoid having to run a second battery if possible, any chance any one has a good UBEC or something they know would fit on a quad that I can order to have overnighted?

You could try using a balance connector, ant just tap off the 3S point on your lipo's balance plug.
