5 in drone build motors smoking

    I have DX 2205 kV 2300 crazy pony motors 220 mm carbon fiber frame with a
    Wolfwhoop Whoop-Tower Pro OMNIBUSF4 Pro Flight Controller FC Integrated OSD and PDB and VTX 4 in 1 Super Tower for RC FPV Racing Drone Quadcopter

    Motors are smoking when connecting 3s 11.1 1500 amh 35c battery I have checked for soldering issues nothing crossed board powers up fine without motors connected even taught a second 4 in 1 flight controller same issues grrrr any ideas what I'm doing wrong??? I feel its a battery issue not sure

    Dang dude, sure looks to me like you've got your motors soldered directly to a PDB with no ESCs? Let's see a close up pic of your connections

    Its a 4 in 1 ESC so yes motors ate directly soldered to the ESC's on pdb board

    The flight tower I have is a 4in 1 ESC I soldered motors to the built in ESC's
