450 Quadcopter Build Advice?

After flying some small quads around I'm ready for something bigger. My dad wants to use it for aerial photography so don't ask about the GPS on it. I would like some tips on it from someone better than me.

That list to me with minor exceptions looks like a list of parts I would never buy to build a decent quad.

Unless you are really into the ideal of building I would just skip it and buy a Phantom 3.
