3d printed one piece micro drone

HI Guys,

building a small micro drone, hope to base it on the new Autoquad M4 micro FC with GPS that hope to come out soon.
Couple sketches what it might look like:

Arround 5 grams now and 10 Euros via Shapeway.

Gonna be based on similar motors and prop like the lady bug. And here m question can't find dimensions of the ladybug's props anywhere, could one of you measure and post them here ?

It gonna be, 11 cm from motor to motor axis. might make it smaller, but want to fit a bluetooth module on it micro vtx and cam, plus the GPS modul so it can't get to small ! Addtionally iI want prop protection since mainly gonna fly indoors it will bounce against walls etc. and to keep it flying after contact the props should be protected in my eyes !

any one any suggestions for 2s 3s lipos small light out of the norm price doesnt matter ?
