333 exemption, better for business or individual? (US)

If I could poll the pros, I'm starting my 333 filing soon and I was wondering if there is any advantage to getting the exemption for my LLC as opposed to in my name? I was just planning to file in my name because the way I see it, if I get myself personally exempted, then I can do business within my own LLC, as well as with other companies etc, or if I decide to change my business in the future blah blah, I won't need to refile anything?

Are there any advantages to getting the exemption for my LLC (video production company) rather than for myself? I'm the only one who's gonna be doing the actual flying for the forseeable future anyway...

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

i'd guess you'd be in a better position if the FAA is investigating your company and not you personally. the FAA might have an opinion about this, give the local FSDO a call and see what they have to say.
