$300 Gimbal that works?

So I have a F550, naza, avroto's, and soon a GPS upgrade for the naza. I plan on eventually getting a proper gimbal such as the AV130. But, right now I simply cannot swing the investment. I am looking for somthing to "tide me over". Is there any camera gimbals out there around $300 or so that actually work to the point to where they are better than a hard mount? Or will I simply be dissapointed?

What type of camera?

I bought one for a Go Pro from Aeroxcraft and it seems to be well built.

Haven't installed it yet.

I think you'll be disappointed, 300 Bucks is a lot of money and you will not find a gimbal for 300 wich gives you a stable Video Image.
