3.5mm Bullet connector Amp rating

I'm wanting to use the new KDE 5215 motors with the 55A ESC's. The ESC's have 3.5mm bullets but the motors come with 4mm. As I have to cut the motor wires down anyway, I was thinking I would replace the 4mm motor bullets with 3.5mm.

I'm just not sure of the Amp rating on the 3.5mm bullets.

Some sites say around 80A and others say around 40A. Does anyway know what the rating is?

Thanks

From my notes I wrote down from last year I have 3.5mm as 80A and 4mm up to 100A if that is any help.
This information would have probably been grabbed from the net at the time, so not sure how true it really is.

If the 55A ESCS have 3.5mm bullets already on them, you would imagine 3.5mm would be OK.
