2015 CES: DJI Inspire 1 shipping within 30 days.

Bart just made it over to the DJI booth at the 2015 CES show and spoke with several of the DJI reps.

All Inspire 1 Pre-orders will be shipping out in 30 days or less. All units will have new firmware installed that smooths out rapid decelerations. The Inspire 1 APP records GPS tracking info and downloads photo/video from each flight for cloud upload/storage.

The Inspire 1’s camera can be made into a handheld gimbal (unit sold separately) with live view on the operators cell phone!

I want one of these things, but I'm waiting at least six months until the bugs are worked out of the first production run. I don't care how much product testing they've done. There is always something that gets missed. Especially on something as cutting edge as this.

Not bashing anyone, BUT, loos like in typical DJI fashion, they've already came out with updated firmware, and they aren't even shipping yet! ???
