This article was linked (different site hosting it) in another thread, but this will make it easier for people to see. It was buried in post #58 in this thread.

I think the big flaw in the article is the FAA has put together a committee to make recommendations to have it done. No specifics are really there to poke holes in...

In the end, we are going to have to register as pilots and it will probably be ignored...
