Another update.. Just got it flying !! After balancing blades and motors with the program above I still had some random wobbles. So I used the bypass filter in Multiwii 2.1, edit in config.h I also moved the camera a bit more forward to get rid of the props.

Just an update... No it doesn't fly well at all. Will need to hook it up and do a vibration test to see what's going on..
