what are you running 4s or 3s? what do you mean plenty of pep?

if at this moment i stick with the existing 920 dji motors on 4s, should i change my 845 props?

ive read and searched a lot in this forum and other forums, and i get conflicting views.... 1. some say the general rule is: 3s for 10in props and 4s for 8in props, but others say its OK to use 4s for 10in props....... im confused could the gurus shed light on this matter thanks.... xaircraft...

im using xaircraft frame and naza plus gps, dji 920, 30 amp esc and dji 8/45 props.... 4s 4400mh, total weight at around 1.8kg and flying very very nice and stable.... i added a go pro, gimbal, vtx and 3s lipo..... total weight around 2.8kg... with this set up im having a hard time taking off...

what battery are u using 3s? 4s?
