I have Phantom 2 vision + when I plug in the battery charger the light on the charger flash red, anyone know what the problem is ?

My phantom 2 Plus is working nice but the APP loses the video randomly on my phone all the other info like the altitude and battery, satellite, camera control keep working fine , so when I reconnect the wifi and all is fine for a while. PS: I am using Samsung note3 phone. Please Help.
