Yes I updated the firmware earlier to the latest one 2.16 (i think) put there still is the flashing green and orange light on startup saying that there is a compass error. I will have a look at recalibrating now and will see if it makes a difference tomorrow

The only thing i have come up with so far that it is a flyaway trigged by something at 4 minutes but I still have full control over the quad just not enough to stop it from crashing, its just like something is fighting me for control

I have yet too try attitude mode as it took me the last two flights too rule all the other components out (still haven't completely but almost certain it is the FC atm) and only tried flying in manual past the 4 minute mark today and it flew very smoothly with no indication of any problems...
