Exactly the same setup as mine and my video seems to be jello free as well.

3000 mAh 3S 20C gives me around 10 minutes constant FPV flying (forward movement with the occasional hover). When I recharge them, the charger generally shows the cells at around 3.78V each so I could probably get a few more minutes if I tried.

Haven't loaded mine to the limit but it currently weights just on 1.5 kg (3.3 lb) with all the FPV gear and flies fine on 3S with 10" Graupners.

Mine has the Naza mounted right in the centre. I try to keep wires away from anything that might cause interference so I route them around the edges rather than through the middle.
