If u ask me i dont agree with you. You move gps and compass away but u are to close to the motors, there is magnetic field even stronger. Put it few cm from center plate and not so much.

Yes, check if u have brown big capacitor on FC, if u have switch ti black one (same on blctrl) and replace 2 x dc/dc (black ones) to traco 5V red ones. Thats all.
