I'd buy it.

I preordered one for my 3 axis cinestar. I'm just hoping it works well. If it doesn't, it's going back. I'm betting it will work well though.

Bart, it seems you've covered almost all of the bases. I'm a big fan of my FC, but it'd be nice if it came with a case instead of being a bare board. Plastic or aluminum would be cool. As an example, the case on the new Skookum Robotics SK540 flybarless control looks pretty nice.

With mine set at 25, it teetered back and forth and nearly flipped. In the manual it states that with Futaba, all the channels should be reversed. I only reversed channels 1 through 4 (the sticks). As I experiment more with it, I'll report back. A few details about my aircraft: It's a CS8...

We've been shooting video with a Cinestar 8 and a Hoverfly Pro for the past couple of weeks and have been very happy with the results, while only using the manual flying mode. This evening I finally had some time and calm weather to get the "auto-level" feature set up. Wow! Talk about flying...

I've only used Hoverfly on my Cinestar 8 so far. It has been great. At some point, I'll try the other flight controllers to compare.

As for connectors, PRC6 connectors are nice. I use them on my Cinestar.

I'm having trouble getting altitude hold to work effectively. I've tried several settings, but the best I can get it to do is to drop slowly. I've got a piece of foam covering the altitude sensor right now to block it from light. Any recommendations? Thanks! -Benjamin Rowland
