If you take the maytechs i would rather take the V1 than the V2. I just ruined 6 of m axis motors with the V2 version. Not suer yet what went on ! But not to take any risk take the v1 version ! Boris

Rich can you post a picture of the DJI ESCs. I guess the connectors on the DJI ESCs are nothing more than soldered on gold connectors, which are not a good approach ! Gold connectors directly soldered onto pad on any boards are just prone to get loose and come of being stressed by vibrations...

well with this gimbal it could be that their strategy is finally smoothened out. Their Fc tends to correct harshly to keep position at any costs making it less fun with the given gimbals and a cam on in the wind. But if the Zen Gimbal can correct this...

Hi Ken, is tried it all low and high timing auto etc. The start up problem stays the same and would have damaged them in any settings. We don't have exactly the same motors though. You have the 2814/22 and i have the 2820/14. I will try them with a already smoked up QC and see what happens...

Japp i had these motors on my hexa for quite a while now. Never had any issue with tunirgy plush running them ! The maytech v2 dont have the option of changing the switching frequence and more, i guess they come standard with 8 Khz Boris
