hmm don't get it were are they isolated ? They are blank wires coming out of the arm being crossed over each other etc. And its surely no problem to solder them on so they don't touch each other but it dosent give me a good feeling to have blank non isolated wires close or less than a couple mm...

just taking out the ESCs and hoping for replacements these days to get the bird back up in the air. I am a little worried though how close together these PPM and Power leads are considering that the Arms are not really vibes free. Are you guys isolating them in some way ? I don't like silicon...

Jonathan, I haven't seen any thread or to many forum posts the CC ESCs have an issue. If you do a forum "multi rotor " specific search in RCgroups you will find several user that are using them. Think this payload test is positive: Boris

Thanks for the Info. I think i will send in the arms or request new ESCs. I don't have the time at the moment to do the whole procedure and I know i will rush it and make a mistake. Boris

Whats your take on just exchanging the ESC by oneself ? How annoying is it just to solder of the main leads and motor connections. And have you found out what coating they are using and what its there for ? Waterproof, protection from vibrations ? Thanks Boris

That was the thing certain ESCs didn't work on specific ports. Something with the start impulse that the MC sends out and didn't seem to be the same on all ports. But I highly doubth that in your case. New MC is the best way to solve this and if you get the same situation with the new MC change...

Yes there have been reports like that a couple months ago. But i think to remember that it was due to a incompatibility of the ESCs. It is possible though the one of the M ports doesn't work bad soldering job etc. Which ESCs are you using ? Boris
