Some confusion here about current draw and total pack capacity... It I got it right the total pack capacity is 24Ah and 4S. At 80% drain over 7 minutes that corresponds to about 170 amperes average. Quite reasonable with the setup at hand.

116 Farenheit is not an issue. Equals 47 Celcius - that is not hot at all. I suppose your charger measures how many mAh it can get in to your used battery. So what is your battery capacity and how many mAh has it charged when complete? It might simply be your setup is not very optimized with...

I recommend a thorough check of motor alignment for all the motors. Even minor offsets may induce significant asymmetries in power distrbution due to the yaw control modus operandi. Please report your findings, I am interested. :)

I too look forward to X-bee feature. Already have one 2.4GHz type that will be used for this. Just be careful where you install the onboard unit. From my presence in the Arducopter community I know it can cause phenomenas due to EMI.

You know the WKM MC got divided in two categories: Old and New. The old ones had a higher imedance on some output ports and this could, in special circumstances, lead to motor shut down on these ports. So DJI offered owners of old MC to upgrade for free during a limited period of time. I gladly...
