I am not sure the IMU will be constant across all S800, it should be close, but if the CG is varies depending on payload and where.. (2 batteries on legs or 2 batteries together, gimbal or not.. etc.. wouldn't that make the IMU location different from the CG? KS

I had something similar everytime I start too. I found that if I was in ATTI or GPS, the autopilot was sensing one site was lower then the other side when I started the motor. I tested it by placing it on a flat board and put a brick under one side and started motor and tested power up to 20%...
