Buy yourself a little gram scale. I think I paid $10 for mine 4 or 5 years ago and I use it all the time.

If it was bare copper wire you would loose 185 grams. So let's say they plastic weighs another 50%. That gives your savings of 277 grams. Hardly worth it. Your x8 wouldn't even notice it.

I'm using bullets in 2 areas. On my pdb and between motor and esc so that I can remove my arms as well. I think pretty much any bullet connector regardless of quality will loose its spring due to the fact they are made of a non ferrous metal. Gold plated copper?

Just searching the forum looking for the best connector for motor to esc. Would have really liked a locking compact 3 circuit connector. These molex and Anderson look like awesome connectors. Just too bulky. Looks like bullets are the only way. Are castle creation bullets about the best...

Let's say I pick a slightly larger motor than I currently require with the thoughts of using a larger camera in the future. Let's say with the current setup it gives me a 35% hover. Is there any downsides to that? Thx

I weld, solider etc and I'm pretty good at it. You just proved my point. Other than the weight factor, thicker is better when it comes to power distribution. I may just use my gryphon ones for looks and to hide the copper. bond 1-2mm plate underneath.
