Well I flew the A2 with the EVO yesterday (this is on the equator) and it did everything right. But this was after replacing both the A2's Main Control box - the first one was just bad and made the clockwise motors 'spasm' - and the IMU. The first IMU seemed to have some sort of calibration...

What a joke! They have completely missed the point with the folding booms which are longer than the u/c legs, never mind that Fufu forgot to lock them before turning it all the right way up. DJI don't ned to lose much sleep over that rival.

Why? Just because DJI has stolen the march on the other outfits, with their neat and tidy products and their massive marketing efforts, it does not give them licence to screw their own customers with poor quality control or indifferent after sales service.

To avoid taking this thread off subject the misbehaving EVO and A2 story is on THIS ONE. Suffice to say that the two faults have been rectified by replacement of just the two suspects - the FC Main Control box and the retracts Control Board. Only three flights so far but things look normal now...
