Many years ago a RC Xmitter by the name of Kraft had a single joystick with all functions built in as you describe. I guess it didn't work out....

IrisAerial, No prop hubs on...... I will return to the tiewrap method even though they have to be so large to get around the pan motor circumference. That really throws the weight way off relative to the little motor imbalance that is the root cause of the problem.

Should you choose the Futaba RC radios, e.g., T8FG Super which actually has 8 channels on the Tx side...... try to buy it without the 6208SB receiver. You can get the exact same receiver from FrSky for about 1/3 the price...... it has FASST as well as s.bus to be an exact match to the one...

I like to use the Turnigy Multistar motors as they are the new pancake style that apparently have a better torque to motor weight ratio. The new carbon fiber paddle props work best with these....... note the special parameter override adjustment for the thinner props in eCalc for Multirotors.

Even better are these cell log devices and if you have the time you can do a lot more with it..... they are also a bit more accurate with balance v measurements....

IMHO - I strongly recommend you get deeply immersed in eCalc for Multirotors so that you are sure to buy the most appropriate parts at the beginning. There is a lot of multidiscipline engineering skills involved in getting the ARF and RTF kits designed correctly for customers...... well worth...
