This means that without an approved safety case (12 month duration) you won't be able to fly > 7Kg AT ALL in a congested area. There will be no more on-off site-by-site approvals. This makes no change to the current < 7Kg situation.

That is not correct. Your ops manual and flight test cover you only for the specific aircraft you specify and are tested on. Even if you bought a second phantom you need to be tested on it as well because they could have different settings / configurations.

I would definitely be interested in knowing the price, release date, MTOM, lowest TOM with GH4 and decent battery etc. It looks a pretty decent craft but we need to know more about the flight controllers etc.

Do you have a current weight with this battery but without the gimbal and GH4? Or even one fully built without the battery?
