Aerial Photo Certification in the US

Dig a little deeper guys... I am an LLC and couldn't get my current underwriter who covers all my gear to cover the SkyJib. They wouldn't cover an accident even if they did write a policy. Look into a UAV/UAS aviation policy from someone like TransportRisk.com I now have a separate policy just for that and it lists the intended purpose as "aerial photography and aerial video". They are aware of what's going on right now with the feds and I am confident they would cover me in the event of a crash. You'll pay for it though. How much is your piece of mind worth to you while working?

Edit to add.... sounds like Kloners people and my people may be the same people.
