Thank Tom and Patrick. I'll try to pick up some servo tape in the next day or two. I also have some BeastX gyro tape on order. I think the current stuff im using is a little too thick and not rigid enough. -Leon

What is the preferred tape for attaching the Naza to the lower plate? I just used some double sticky tape I had laying around - its similar to the Gopro adhesive pads. Anything better?

Likewise - I think that's what put the thought of mounting up front in my head in the first place. :-)

The X468 Naza kit I got was terrible. Had to do lots of filing, had to sand the sides of the supplied hex nuts to make them fit, most slots appeared to be off as if something had slipped during machining. When I had it all assembled, it was flimsy and unstable to say the least. Just my $.02 -Leon

Thank you hjls3, The weight of the F550+GoPro+Lanfing Gear+2200mah 3S battery is 2123g. With a 3S 4000mah battery it is about 2280g. I'm thinking its time to start thinking about 4s batteries. I'm using 10" props BTW.

I finally had some time this week to do some machining. I was able to cut some pieces of a landing gear design I had drawn up a few weeks ago. Here are some photos of it attached to the F550. The interface plate is universal so that it can also attach the underside of the F450 frame as well...
