Resolder if its cut or insulate, and try it in a hover with your finger on a gps/atti/manual switch. If it goes wacco in gps, get a new one.

Disconnect ESC-s fromNAZA and plug them into RX throttle port with the motor connected to the ESC (motor wil act as a speaker) .Push the throttle to the highest position and then power up. When You hear a beep throttle down to minimum position. Repeat for all ESCs. I am not sure can You do it...

Your batteries are bad. The voltage drops and the craft lands. When idle the voltage will rise, so You get normal voltage readings on teh assistant. Watch for led indicator
