Servo travel limits you have to set for your mount, they're all a bit different. I use 500 and -500 for the min/max settings on the Roll axis travel limit, the tilt I leave at 1000. Centering you'll have to figure what seetings your mount needs Pitch and roll gains I have set to 22 for each axis, it's pretty easy to check with a bubble level on the platform, it should maintain level all the way to the extreme ends of travel. If you find it isn't level at the end points, tweak the gain settings in small increments until it is. Easy enough to see which way the number needs to go, increment and see what happens, if the offset gets worse in the same direction, then decrement the number until you see level. Now go back to center and make sure it's still level there, then go to far end of travel, should be level there too if the gain is correct.
Manual control speed is personal preference, the higher the number the faster the camera will tilt using TX control, I keep mine around 30.
